Associate Producer
We’re looking for a talented and technically-oriented Associate Producer to join us for new projects beyond Solar Ash at Heart Machine!
As an Associate Producer you’ll help guide our growing team on brand-new, long-term projects in Unreal 4. You’ll be crucial in creating and managing our team tasks, working with Directors and other senior staff to help keep us on time and honest.

Your Responsibilities, Qualifications and Skills
Maintaining project management & task tracking tools
Adept with Jira and other SCRUM + AGILE software
Building and maintaining production documents
Gantt charts, Kanban boards, timelines
Quarterly planning, progress & retrospective reports
Sprint planning and retrospective reports
Documentation support
External resource SOWs
Discovery reports
Job listings responses & upkeep
Maintaining project folders & documentation organization
Project wiki upkeep
Effective team communication
Recording & sharing meeting notes
Tracking team deliverables & identifying blockers
Coordinating daily standups
Communicating across disciplines effectively on Slack, email, Discord
Technical knowledge
Familiarity with Python, C++/C# and Blueprint scripting
Keen understanding of various engineering pipeline(s) and a strong willingness to learn
Quality assurance & playtest management experience
A passion for video games, including online multiplayer focused software
